New Goals Require Different Habits

Updated: Jun 2, 2022

"First we form habits, then they form us."

Having a new health or fitness goal by default means that the behaviors we are currently engaging in are not giving us that desired outcome. Therefore, new behaviors that are more in line with your goal are needed.

Creating a new habit takes time. In fact, at first these eventual habits are considered "practices." If you can accomplish a small daily or weekly practice consistently over time, this will eventually become a new habit; a new behavior that doesn't require as much thinking or preparation.

(Pro tip: we unconsciously form "bad" habits based on our environment and stress load)

Ready to start moving closer toward your goals? Start by ordering any combination of our prepared meals 1x week by setting an alarm or calendar event and see how it goes over the next couple of weeks! Happy eating :)
